YOUR ONE STOP SHOP FOR THE BEST ART CLASSES AND PARTIES

PRIVATE PAINT AND SIP EVENTS 

HOW TO BOOK:

Booking at least two weeks in advance prior to your date is highly recommended. You will need to confirm on a date and time for your event. We require a minimum of 12 people to hold a Paint & Sip Session both for a kids event and adults. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your date/time or paid in full. Balance must be paid prior for your Paint Kits to be shipped. *Allow enough time for Kits to be shipped and delivered prior to event* Must be 21+ to book. 

WHAT IS PROVIDED?:

Pricing includes our Paint Kits with Shipping & Live Virtual Instruction. Paint Kits will come with one 16x20" canvas, Paint, Paint Brushes, Mixing Plates, Easel, Apron, and Instructional Guide.  Plus an email link to your Zoom session, and our full list of hundreds of paintings to choose from!

PRICING?

Discounted Paint Kits: $35 per kit (including shipping) and $28 per kit for pick-up. Prices vary in range from $35 to $42 depending on shipping destination. We already cover 50% of your shipping costs in our pricing. 

WHAT EXTRA ITEMS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN KITS?

A paper towel and a cup of water for your paint. 

I DON’T HAVE ANY ARTISTIC TALENT! WILL I BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE PAINTING?

Absolutely! Our artists will guide you step by step through the painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of the class. There are no mistakes but acrylic paint dries quickly, making mistakes easy to fix and perfect!

EVENT CANCELLATION:

You must EMAIL the studio at least TWO WEEKS prior to your event to receive full balance minus $50 non refundable deposit. Once Paint Kits have been shipped you cannot receive any refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the materials. 

For Pick-Up, you must EMAIL the studio at least ONE WEEK prior to your event to receive full balance minus $50 non refundable deposit.  *We do not allow any last minute event dates/times to be changed and switched without a two weeks notice.  

PAINT KITS 

Hosting your own Paint & Sip Event for a Kids Party, Birthday, Showers or any special occasion, you can choose our Paint Kit Party Packages (6-Pack) or (12-pack) or customized the amount. You will be emailed a list of hundreds of our paintings to choose from to run your event. Purchase directly on our PAINT KITS tab.

HOW TO SUBMIT ARTWORK?

Please send up to 10 images and a short artist bio to dt234gallery@gmail.com

ARE THE ART RECEPTIONS FREE?

Yes all receptions hosted by DT 234 Gallery are free and open to the public. 

ARE THE WORKS FOR SALE?

Yes, every exhibition hosted by DT 234 Gallery in our studio are for sale.

WHAT MEDIUMS OF WORK DO WE ACCEPT?

We accept works from paintings, photography, drawings and mixed media.
